Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a um método de preparo de uma composição de aditivo de ração que compreende: (a) tratar fisicamente e/ou quimicamente e/ou biologicamente uma biomassa lignocelulósica, (b) misturar a biomassa lignocelulósica pré-tratada fisicamente e/ ou quimicamente e/ou biologicamente com uma composição enzimática, em que a composição enzimática compreende pelo menos as seguintes atividades: atividade endoglucanase, atividade ß-glicosidase e atividade endoxilanase, e em que a composição enzimática compreende nenhuma, ou substancialmente nenhuma atividade ß-xilosidase e/ou nenhuma, ou substancialmente nenhuma atividade a-L-arabinofuranosidase, (c)incubar a mesma durante pelo menos cerca de 3 a 120 horas e, (d) opcionalmente, secar e/ou, opcionalmente, embalar.
