RESUMOPatente de Invenção: "USO DE FATOR ANTISSECRETÓRIO (AF) NO TRATAMENTO DE GLIOBLASTOMA". A presente invenção refere-se ao uso de uma proteína de fator antissecretório (AF), seu peptídeo, seu derivado, seu homólogo e/ou seu fragmento, tendo atividade funcional equivalente, e/ou um seu sal farmaceuticamente ativo, para o tratamento de glioblastoma. Em uma concretização, proteínas de AF são usadas para a otimização de fornecimento e absorção celular de uma substância e/ou formulação farmacêutica, ou um fornecimento de gene. Tipicamente, a dita substância e/ou formulação farmacêutica compreende um fármaco anticâncer, terapia por radiação, uma substância de antibiótico, um composto imunoativo ou um fármaco que se direciona à lesão pós-traumática, neurodegeneração, ou uma condição inflamatória.
