Abstract

ABSTRACTThe present invention relates to a plastic dowel 1 for the fastening of a rail on a solid substrate comprising a dowel opening 3 configured on a front end of the plastic dowel 1 for introducing a rail screw 2 into the plastic dowel 1, a dowel interior 8 surrounded by the plastic dowel 1, comprising a shank section 4 which adjoins the dowel opening 3 when viewed in the longitudinal direction LR of the plastic dowel 1, and comprising a holding section 5 which adjoins the shank section 4 when viewed in the longitudinal direction LR of the plastic dowel 1, and which is provided on its outer side with at least one circumferential projection 11 around its circumference, which protrudes in the radial direction R which in the finished installed state engages in the material of the solid substrate surrounding the plastic dowel 1, and a combination of such a plastic dowel 1 and a rail screw 2. The plastic dowel 1 according to the invention and the combination of a rail screw 2 and a plastic dowel 1 in the finished installed state minimise the risk of the formation of near-surface cracks in the solid substrate. This is achieved whereby the upper flank 12 of the projection 11 of the holding section 5 assigned to the dowel opening 3 is aligned at an angle ß1 of 90° ± 3° in relation to the longitudinal axis L of the plastic dowel 1.TRADUÇÃO DO RESUMORESUMOPatente de Invenção: "BUCHA DE PLÁSTICO PARA FIXAÇÃO DE UM TRILHO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma bucha de plástico (1) para fixação de um trilho em uma base sólida, a referida bucha tendo uma abertura de bucha (3) para introdução de um parafuso de dormente (2), um espaço interno de bucha (8), uma seção de haste (4), a qual se conecta à abertura de bucha (3) na direção longitudinal LR da bucha de plástico (1), e uma seção de manutenção (5), a qual se conecta à seção de haste (4) na direção longitudinal LR da bucha de plástico (1) e é provida no exterior com pelo menos uma projeção (11) que se projeta na direção radial R e que corre em torno da circunferência. As fissuras na base sólida perto da superfície são evitadas por um flanco superior (12) da projeção (11) associada à abertura de bucha (3) em um ângulo ?1 de 90º + 3º em relação ao eixo geométrico longitudinal L da bucha de plástico (1).
