Abstract
ARTIGO INTUMESCÃVEL.A presente invenção refere-se a um artigo intumescÃvel, que inclui um material de matriz e um material à base de grafeno esfoliável disposto no material de matriz. O material à base de grafeno esfoliável é disposto operacionalmente para facilitar a intumescência do artigo intumescÃvel mediante exposição a um fluido selecionado através da sorção de partÃculas no fluido. A intumescência permite que o artigo intumescÃvel se engate em uma estrutura adjacente. Métodos de preparo e uso de um artigo intumescÃvel também estão incluÃdos.
