Abstract
RESUMOMUTAÇÕES NO RECEPTOR NOTCH HUMANO E SEU USOA presente invenção fornece a identificação e caracterização de mutações de NOTCH associadas com sinalização de receptor realçada. A presente invenção fornece métodos e kits para usar os mesmos. A presente invenção fornece ainda métodos de tratar câncer em um paciente tendo um tumor sólido, em que as células de tumor sólido compreendem um nível elevado de ICD de NOTCH.
