Abstract
BASE DESMONTÁVEL PARA ELEMENTOS VERTICAIS DE MOBILIÁRIO URBANO . Trata-se de urna base para suportar elementos verticais de mobiliário urbano (lâmpadas de iluminação pública, placas de trânsito, postes ... ) configurada a partir de duas peças (1 e 3) encaixáveis uma sobre a outra, estando a inferior implantada ao solo enquanto a superior encaixa sobre a outra através de uma par de trilhos. O movimento relativo entre as peças superior e inferior é cortado pela ação de um freio ( 5) formado por uma placa (6) que se une mediante parafuso (7) e porca (9) à parte superior da base. Dita placa (6) dispõe de urna zona rebaixada (8) em ambos os extremos, onde se dispõe uma pastilha de nylon (12)cujo rompimento, provocado por urna força lateral próxima à base, liberaria a parte superior, permitindo deslizamento sobre a inferior.
