MÃTODO E SISTEMA DE MOLDAGEM COM NÃCLEO DE METAL UTILIZANDO ELETRODO ROTATIVO. Métodos e sistemas são revelados para utilizar eletrodos de fio de soldagem com núcleo de metal com movimento forçado do eletrodo (44) e arco. O eletrodo (44) pode ser movido por uma montagem de controle de movimento (62) compreendendo um motor (66) em um maçarico (24). O arco é estabelecido somente entre o revestimento do eletrodo com núcleo de metal (44) e a peça de trabalho (14) (ou banho de solda), fornecendo um modo de transferência único para depósito aumentado, velocidades de deslocamento e outras caracterÃsticas de processo e solda.
