A presente invenção diz respeito às composições cosméticas compreendendo polipeptídeos obtidos ou obteníveis de fluido de incubação de Salmonidae, aos métodos de produzir as ditas composições e seu uso em várias aplicações cosméticas para a pele, particularmente para a melhoria da aparência cosmética da pele de um animal mamífero.
