Abstract
RESUMOPatente de Invenção: "PREPARAÇÃO DE CARNALITA E USOS DA MESMA EM APLICAÇÕES COMESTÍVEIS". A presente invenção refere-se a uma preparação de sal de carnalita útil em produtos comestíveis, tais como um alimento, uma bebida, um suplemento dietético, um produto para o cuidado oral, um alimento nutracêutico para animais de estimação, uma ração para animais, um fármaco e outros produtos comestíveis. A preparação de sal de carnalita da invenção não contém níveis elevados de cloreto de sódio e é extraordinariamente baixa em brometo. A preparação de sal de carnalita pode ser um produto de grau alimentar com níveis de brometo aceitáveis em dietas. A presente invenção refere-se ainda a produtos comestíveis compreendendo uma preparação de sal de carnalita, tais como produtos alimentícios de sódio reduzido.19887354v1
