A presente invenção refere-se às formulações em gel bioadesivas de testosterona pernasais para administração intrasanal e métodos de tratamento de reposição de testosterona para utilizar as formulações em gel bioadesivas de testosterona pernasais para prover entrega intranasal prolongada de testosterona para indivíduos do sexo masculino deficientes em testosterona para tratar, por exemplo, sujeitos do sexo masculino com hipogonadismo.
