A presente invenção refere-se a um elemento de construção (12) que é em uma extrusão alongada de materiais plásticos. O elemento (12) pode ser usado para formar paredes curvadas ou retas (11). Como elementos (12) são presos juntos pelo movimento relativo transverso e engate de pressão de rebordos (22) em recessos (21). Em uma modalidade o elemento (12) tem uma projeção de vedação se estendendo longitudinalmente (26) que ajuda a conectar de maneira a vedar elementos engatados (12).
