Abstract
COMPOSIÃÃO DE PRODUTO LÃCTEO FERMENTADO CONSOLIDADO EM UM RECIPIENTE CIRCULAR. A presente invenção refere-se a um produto alimentar que é provido em um recipiente termoplástico (2) e contém uma composição láctea fermentada. O corpo (5) do recipiente, que define um volume interior, é provido com um fundo (6) e uma parede lateral (5a) que se estende ao longo de um eixo longitudinal (X) do fundo até o topo (7). A parede lateral (5a) possui uma seção transversal anular e preferivelmente circular. A composição láctea está em contato com uma superfÃcie interior do fundo (6) e com um elemento de projeção que se projeta para dentro do recipiente. O elemento de projeção (22) previne uma rotação da composição láctea. O elemento de projeção é arranjado para definir uma área anular irregular entre a projeção e a parede lateral (5a). Um processo para produzir o produto alimentar é também provido.
