Abstract
CONTROLE DE SEQUÊNCIA DE FLUXO DE LÍQUIDO EM DISPOSITIVO MICROFLUÍDICO As modalidades descritas fornecem dispositivos, sistemas e métodos para sequenciar fluxo em resposta a uma força de condução aprisionando-se e liberando-se gás entre volumes de líquido de uma maneira controlada. De uma forma particular, um dispositivo de plataforma giratória ( "lab on a disk") centrífugo é fornecido para conduzir o fluxo de líquido e sequenciamento em virtude da força centrífuga e, de uma forma particular, um conduto flexionado radialmente para dentro é usado em conjunto com o aprisionamento e a liberação controlados de gás entre volumes de líquido.
