Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO PARA A CONSTRUÇÃO, MÉTODO PARA APLICAR UMA COMPOSIÇÃO PARA A CONSTRUÇÃO E USO DE UM ÉTER DE CELULOSE.São descritos éteres de celulose, sendo que pelo menos uma parte dos grupos hidroxila da cadeia principal da celulose é substituída por grupos metóxi e grupos metoxialcóxi, tendo uma distribuição não convencional de substituintes metóxi nas posições 2, 3 e 6 das unidades de anidroglicose. Tais éteres de celulose exibem resistências de gel termorreversíveis significativamente mais altos que quaisquer hidroxialquil metil celuloses conhecidas de viscosidade e espécie e nível de substituição comparáveis tornando-as úteis como aditivos para composições a construção tais como adesivos azulejos baseados em cimento. Em particular, tais éteres de celulose ser usados para melhorar a resistência de adesão obtenível após condicionamento em armazenamento a quente e as características temporais de cura de uma composição para a construção.
