Abstract
Trata-se de composições e métodos para uso no controle de acidificação e corrosão que originam procariontes, tal como SRP, tratando-se ambientes de campo de óleo e gás ou fluidos de tratamento com uma cepa bacteriana recentemente identificada, nº de Registro ATCC PTA-124262, como uma célula inteira de autopropagação que produz uma bacteriocina anti-SRP in situ. Em outro aspecto, os métodos usam um ou mais peptídeos tóxicos ou proteínas isoladas dos mesmos em métodos para controlar crescimento procariótico indesejado nesses ambientes.
