Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A SOLDAGEM ALUMINOTÃRMICA DE TRILHOS, MOLDE E DISPOSITIVO. Processo para a soldagem aluminotérmica de trilhos, que compreende as etapas de: - desencadear uma reação aluminotérmica em um cadinho (2), - fundir o metal proveniente da referida reação no molde (1), de forma a encher a cavidade de moldagem a partir da sapata de trilho, - após o enchimento da cavidade, desencadear uma segunda reação aluminotérmica acima do cabeçote, e fundir o metal proveniente dareferida reação na cavidade na região do cabeçote de trilho. A presente invenção trata também de um molde (1) adaptado para se encaixar sobre as extremidades de dois trilhos de modo a formar uma cavidade de moldagem (10), compreendendo um cadinho (4) disposto acima da região do cabeçote de trilho de forma ser alimentado com metal fundido da cavidade (10) por um canal secundário (42).
