Abstract
CATALISADOR, MÉTODO PARA GERAR CALOR PARA A REMOÇÃO DE FULIGEM E REDUZIR O ESCAPE DE NH3 EM UM SISTEMA DE ESCAPE, E, SISTEMA DE TRATAMENTO DE ESCAPE. Um catalisador compreendendo: (a) uma primeira camada compreendendo um catalisador de oxidação tendo uma carga de PGM eficaz tal que a oxidação dos hidrocarbonetos gera calor suficiente para regenerar fuligem, em que a dita quantidade eficaz de PGM é maior do que cerca de 10 g/ft^ 3^ (357,14 g/m^ 3^); e (b) uma segunda camada adjacente à dita primeira camada e compreendendo um catalisador de redução para reduzir seletivamente NOx.
