Abstract

SISTEMA PARA CONSTRUIR UMA COLUNA DE SUPORTE E MÉTODO DE CONSTRUÇÃO DE UMA COLUNA DE SUPORTEUm sistema para construir uma coluna de suporte inclui um mandril com uma parte superior e um cabeçote calcador. Um de tubo alimentação se estende através do mandril para alimentar material dispersível a um cabeçote. O cabeçote calcador inclui uma câmara ampliada inferior com uma superfície de redução em uma parte superior para compactar material e restringir o fluxo para cima do agregado. O cabeçote calcador é de um tamanho que provê uma região embutida para permitir que materiais cimentados sejam colocados nela. O sistema permite que uma coluna de suporte, incluindo uma inclusão cimentada no topo de uma base expandida, seja construída.
