Abstract
MÃTODO PARA PREPARAÃÃO DE UM MEDICAMENTO, COMPREENDENDO UM HEXITOL SUBSTITUÃDO, PARA MELHORAR A EFICÃCIA E/OU REDUZIR OS EFEITOS COLATERAIS DA TERAPIA MEDICAMENTOSA ADMINISTRADA EM NÃVEL ABAIXO DO IDEAL, E, COMPOSIÃÃO PARA MELHORAR A EFICÃCIA E/OU REDUZIR OS EFEITOS COLATERAIS DA TERAPIA MEDICAMENTOSAADMINISTRADA EM NÃVEL ABAIXO DO IDEAL.A presente invenção descreve métodos e composições para melhorar a eficácia terapêutica de agentes terapêuticos previamente limitados pelo desempenho terapêutico abaixo do nÃvel ideal, seja aumentando a eficácia como monoterapia, seja reduzindo os efeitos colaterais. Esses métodos e as composições podem ser, particularmente, aplicados a hexitóis substituÃdos, tais como dianidrogalactitol e diacetil-dianidrogalactitol.
