CONJUNTO DE EJEÃÃO DE FLUÃDO DE RESISTOR TÃRMICO, DISPOSITIVO DE EJEÃÃO DE FLUÃDO E ESTRUTURA TÃRMICA DE RESISTOR.Um conjunto de ejeção de fluido térmico inclui um substrato isolante, e primeiro e segundo eletrodos formados no substrato. Uma pluralidade de elemento resistores de larguras variadas é arranjada em paralelo no substrato, e eletricamente acoplada pela primeira extremidade ao primeiro eletrodo e pela segunda extremidade ao segundo eletrodo.
