Abstract
ALIMENTADOR DE ARAME DE SOLDAGEM COM SENSOR DE VELOCIDADE ROTACIONAL MAGNÃTICO.Um alimentador de arame de soldagem (14) inclui um sistema de sensor rotacional magnético (56) configurado para medir um parâmetro indicativo de uma velocidade de alimentação de arame do alimentador de arame de soldagem. O sistema de sensor rotacional magnético inclui um Ãmã bipolar (110) acoplado a uma engrenagem (52) acionado por um motor elétrico (42) do alimentador de arame de soldagem e um sensor magnético (108) disposto adjacente ao Ãmã bipolar e configurado para medir uma posição angular do Ãmã bipolar. O sistema de sensor rotacional magnético também inclui um processador (64) configurado para receber sinais da posição angular medida pelo sensor magnético e calcular uma velocidade de alimentação de arame do alimentador de arame de soldagem baseado nos sinais de posição angular e parâmetros de configuração do alimentador de arame de soldagem.
