Abstract
MISTURADOR A JATO REATIVO ESTÃTICO E MÃTODO PARA MISTURA DURANTE UM PROCESSO DE MISTURA DE AMINA-FOSGENIO.Esta divulgação se relaciona com um misturador estático (1) com uma pluralidade de bicos, e mais geralmente com um misturador e méetodo de uso do mesmo para misturar fosgênio e amina com jatos conformados ou pelo menos duas fileiras e bicos (15, 16) onde a segunda fileira (16) é usada para enriquecer uma área de déficit do fluxo de fosgênio dentro do misturador a jato reativo estático (1). Configurações de fluxo secundário de enriquecimento incluem o uso de jatos concêntricos, excêntricos, ou deslocados de amina/fosgênio, e o uso de bicos com diferentes geometrias irregulares para ajudar a focalizar amina/fosgênio para uma área especÃfica do fluxo principal de fosgênio.
