Abstract
MÉTODO DE FORMULAR ESPONJA DE BAIXA GRAVIDADE PARA A CALAFETAGEM DE VEÍCULOS AUTOMOTIVOS. A presente invenção se refere um material de calafetagem de veículo automotivo. Mais especificamente, a presente invenção utiliza microesferas termo expansíveis no membro de bulbo de esponja da calafetagem para produzir a estrutura microcelular que proporciona um material de calafetagem de menor peso com aprimorada aparência de superfície e dureza comparável aos materiais conhecidos para uso na indústria automotiva,e exibindo uma gravidade específica soprada de menos do que cerca de 0,60 g/cc.
