Abstract
DISPOSITIVO DE ESCOAMENTO DE UMA FORMA PARA QUEIJO DENTRO DE UM RECIPIENTE. A invenção se refere a um dispositivo de escoamento que compreende um recipiente externo (1) que recebe um receptáculo interno perfurado (2), o recipiente externo (1) podendo sustentar o receptáculo interno perfurado (2) numa posição baixa e numa posição alta, o receptáculo interno perfurado (2) apresentando pelo menos duas protuberâncias laterais externas (22) capazes de repousar sobre as peças de suporte (16) do recipiente externo (1) quando o receptáculo interno perfurado (2) ocupa a posição alta. De acordo com a invenção, o recipiente externo (1) apresenta uma abertura superior (17) que dispõe no interior do dito recipiente externo (1) pelo menos dois reforços laterais (12) entre as ditas peças de suporte (16), os ditos reforços laterais (12) sendo previsto para alojar pelo menos parcialmente as ditas protuberâncias laterais externas (22) quando o receptáculo interno perfurado (2) ocupa a posição baixa.
