Abstract
CATALISADOR COM INVÓLUCRO, PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR NÁCIDO ACRÍLICO, USO DE CATALISADORES COM INVÓLUCRO. A invenção refere-s ea um conversor catalítico do tipo casca fabricado de um corpo carregador cilíndrico oco tendo um comprimento de 2 a 10mm, um diâmetro externo de 4 a 10mm, e uma espessura de parede de 1 a 4m, e casca fabricada de uma massa de óxido cataliticamente ativo aplicada à superfície externa do corpo carregador, a dita massa tendo a fórmula geral (I): Mo~ 12~V~ 2 a 4~ W~ 0 a 3~ Cu~ 0,8 a 1,5~ X^ 1^~ 0 a 4~ X^ 2^~ 0 a 40~ O~ n~ (I) onde as variáveis tendo os significados seguintes: X^ 1^= um ou mais elementos dos metais alcalinos e metais alcalinos terrosos; X^ 2^= um ou mais elementos do grupo de Si, Al, Ti e Zr; e n= o coeficiente estequiométrico do oxigênio elementar, que pe determinado pelos coeficientes estequimétricos dos elementos exceto oxigênio e pelos números de carga destes em I.
