Abstract

DISPOSITIVO PARA MOLDAGEM DE UMA PEÇA POR INJEÇÃO. A invenção é relativa a um ferramental para injeção de uma peça que compreende dois blocos de cavidade (moldes) (4) nos quais são arranjados cavidades (6) cuja forma depois de superposição dos moldes correspondente àquela da peça a moldar (25). No mínimo um dos moldes (4) sendo equipado com meios de posicionamento de um macho (núcleo) que tem, no mínimo, uma superfície de apoio destinada a formar um apoio para o macho, e no mínimo um parafuso de pressão (13,14) aparafusado em uma passagem filetada do molde (4) e destinado a manter o macho em posição contra a superfície de apoio (8,9). O ferramental tem meios de limitação do esforço aplicado ao macho pelo parafuso de pressão (13,14)
