Abstract
GERAÇÃO DE UMA IMAGEM 3D MODIFICADA DE UM OBJETO COMPREENDENDO MARCAS DE FERRAMENTA. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para geração de uma representação 3d de um objeto, que compreende: adquirir dados topográficos 3d representativos de pelo menos uma porção do objeto tendo uma forma macroscópica e traços microscópicos; separar os dados topográficos 3d em dados microscópicos representativos dos traços microscópicos a fim de intensificar os traços microscópicos com relação à forma macroscópica, dessa maneira obtendo dados topográficos de escala ajustada e gerar uma imagem 3D usando os dados topográficos de escala ajustada, dessa forma obtendo uma representação modificada tendo traços microscópicos intensificados para a pelo menos uma porção do objeto.
