Abstract

APARELHO DE FORMAÇÃO DE FEIXE - A presente invenção descreve um aparelho de intermitência de feixe e mais especificamente, um obturador helicoidal para um sistema de feixe de elétrons que é usado em sistemas de varrimento baseados em radiação, e mais especificamente, um aparelho de intermitência de feixe que permite uma varriabilidade tanto na velocidade e diametro do feixe pontual modificando as características físicas ou a geometria do aparelho de intermitência de feixe. A presente invenção também descreve um aparelho de intermitência de feixe, que fornece uma movimentação vertical do feixe pontal com o tamanho e velocidades substancialmente constantes para permitir a iluminação substancialmente igual do alvo. Além disso, a presente invenção é um aparelho de intermitência de feixe que é muito leve e não provoca um agrupamento da fonte de raio x empregando o feixe intermitente para que se torne pesado e difícil de posicionar.
