Abstract

MISTURADOR COM FACE DEFLETORA. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para misturar e amassar massas (1), especialmente massas de chocolate, bem como abrange um processo para misturar e amassar massas, especialmente massas de chocolate. O dispositivo abrange uma caldeira (2) com uma parede interna (3) que imita ao menos parcialmente a face externa de um corpo rotativo, e uma árvore (11) e ao menos uma ferramenta (10,13) ali presa. Na caldeira (2) está integrada ao menos uma face defletora (8), especialmente plana, que se estende em direção axial.
