Abstract
CURA POR LED DE COMPOSIÇÕES DE REVESTIMENTO DE FIBRA ÓPTICA CURÁVEIS POR RADIAÇÃO.Uma composição de revestimento curável por radiação para uma fibra óptica que compreende: pelo menos um oligômero de (met) acrilato de uretano, pelo menos um manômero diluente reativo e pelo menos um foto indicador é descrito e reivindicado. A composição é capaz de sofrer fotopolimerização quando revestida em uma fibra óptica e quando irradiada por um doido emissor de luz (LED), tendo um comprimento de onda de cerca de 100 nm a cerca de 900 nm,para fornecer um revestimento curado sobre a fibra óptica,com o revestimento curado tendo uma superfície superior, e o revestimento curado tendo um percentual de Insaturação de Acrilato Reagido (% RAU) na superfície superior de cerca de 60% ou maior. Também são descritos e reivindicados o processo para o revestimento de uma fibra óptica com o revestimento curável por LED para fibra óptica e uma fibra óptica revestida onde o revestimento foi curado por aplicação de luz de LED.
