DISPOSITIVO DE TRATAMENTO DE BURSITE; MÃTODO DE TRATAMENTO DE BURSITE; DISPOSITIVO DE TRATAMENTO DE CISTO; E DISPOSITIVO DE TRATAMENTO DE TEMPERATURA PARA O TRATAMENTO DE UM PACIENTETrata-se de um dispositivo de tratamento de bursite (100; 200) para o tratamento de inflamação de uma bursa (150; 502) em uma articulação de paciente, que compreende: - um auxiliar de enxágue; - um reservatório (101; 201) para reter o auxiliar de enxágue em estadofluido, fluido congelado, ou gasoso; - uma linha de abastecimento (103; 204, 208) para transportar o auxiliar de enxágue; - um trocador de calor (104; 203) para controlar a temperatura do auxiliar de enxágue de modo que a temperatura do auxiliar de enxágue permita a destruição de células que causam a inflamação; - um dispositivo de acesso (209) para injetar o auxiliar de enxágue no interior da bursa (150; 205); e - um dreno (105; 210) para remover o auxiliar de enxágue da bursa (150; 205) para eliminação.
