O iogurte pode ser feito com leite com teor de gordura regular, baixo ous em gordura. O teor de gprdura da emulsão de cobertura batida pode da mesma forma ser variado para fornecer composições de cobertura de vários teores de gordura tendo uma consistência desejável e textura lisa.
