Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE SOLUÇÕES AQUOSAS DE GLUCANOS. A invenção diz respeito a um processo para produzir soluções aquosas de glucanos com uma cadeia principal com ligações B-1,3- glicosídicas e grupos lateriais ligados nela por ligações B-1,6-glicosídicas, fermentando cepas de fungo que secretam os ditos glucanos no caldo de fermentação em um meio de cultura aquoso, em que a separação dos glucanos do caldo de fermentação ocorre por meio de membranas de filtro assimétricas.
