Abstract
FILTRO COMPACTO, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UM FILTRO COMPACTO E MEIO FILTRANTE. A presente invenção refere-se a um filtro compacto, especialmente um filtro de ar compacto para veículos automotores, com um elemento filtrante compacto para a inserção intercabiável em um alojamento de filtro e um processo para produzir um filtro compacto. O elemento de filtração compacta abrange um corpo filtrante de um meio filtrante (18) em forma de seção. No meio filtrante (18) em forma de seção ao menos uma seção de meio filtrante lisa (20) e uma seção de meio filtrante ondulada (22) são superpostas e ao menos em determinadas regiões reciprocamente unidas por solda de ultrassom. Ao menos uma das seções de meio filtrante (20, 22) consiste de um composto de ao menos dois componentes. Ao menos um dos componentes é o material sintético (48) e ao menos um dos componentes é o material não sintético (46).
