Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE UMA ESPUMA DE POLIURETANO FLEXÍVEL, E, ESPUMA DE POLIURETANO FLEXÍVEL. A presente invenção é direcionada a um processo para a preparação de uma espuma de poliuretano flexível e a espuma de poliuretano preparada através deste processo. A espuma é em particular uma espuma de poliuretano flexível que tem uma densidade de entre 25 e 120 kg/m^ 3^, uma resiliência medida a 20ºC de acordo com ASTMD357H, maior do que 35%, 500 N. Ela é preparada deixando uma mistura da reação, que compreende um agente de sopro, espumar. A fim de influenciar as propriedades físicas e/ou termofisiológicas da espuma, em particular as propriedades de distribuição de pressão, pelo menos um material de organogel é dispersado na mistura da reação antes de deixar a mesma espumar.
