ELEMENTO DE SEGURANÇA, DOCUMENTO DE VALOR, MÉTODO DE FABRICAÇÃO PARA UM ELEMENTO DE SEGURANÇA, FERRAMENTA DE GRAVAÇÃO EM RELEVO E USO DE UM ELEMENTO DE SEGURANÇA. A presente invenção refere-se a um elemento de segurança (1) para um papel de segurança, documento de valor ou similar, tendo um veículo (9) que tem uma área de superfície refletida (3) que é dividida em uma multiplicidade de pixels refletidos (5), pelo que a área de cada pixel (5) é menor do que a área da área de superfície refletiva (3) em pelo menos uma ordem de magnitude, pelo que cada pixel (5) tem pelo menos uma faceta refletiva que é formada em uma superfície do veículo, pelo que a pelo menos uma faceta refletiva reflete luz incidente ao longo de uma direção predeterminada sobre a área de superfície (3) direcionalmente em uma direção de reflexão predefinida pela orientação da dita faceta, pelo que as orientações das facetas de diferentes pixels (5) tem uma variação substancialmente aleatória sobre a área de superfície refletiva.
