Abstract
NOVO PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE TAPENDATOL E SEUS INTERMEDIÁRIOS. A presente invenção se refere a um novo processo para síntese de tapentadol compreendendo a separação quantitativa da mistura racêmica (V) para obter o estereoisômero de (S)-3- (dimetilamino)-2-metil-1-(3-nitrofenil)-propan-1-ona-(VII) de acordo com o Esquema 2 abaixo Esquema 2utilizando o ácido (2R,3R)-O,O'-diabenzoiltartárico quiral, e em que a dita separação é quantitativa. A presente invenção também se refere a alguns compostos intermediários do novo processo de síntese de tapentadol.
