É descrito um produto alimentar embalado, que compreende uma bandeja (2) contendo uma composição comestível, possuindo uma estrutura em camadas, compreendendo: - pelo menos uma camada composta (24) que compreende grãos de cereais aerados (G), incorporado a uma matriz de material comestível (22); e - pelo menos uma camada de revestimento comestível (26) depositada sobre a referida camada composta (24) e, de preferência, incluindo o chocolate. A matriz de material comestível (22) tem, em um intervalo de temperatura de entre 20°C e 40°C e de preferência também na faixa de 0°C a 40°C, a consistência pastosa, tal como para manter a sua própria forma em condições não-confinadas.
