PROCESSO PARA O TRATAMENTO DE SUPERFÃCIE DE UM SUBSTRATO E DISPOSITIVO PARA CONCRETIZAÃÃO DO PROCESSO.A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para o tratamento da superfÃcie de um substrato (28), por meio de uma descarga elétrica de corona, sendo que na região da descarga, definido pela fenda atuante formada entre um eletrodo corona e o substrato (28), durante a descarga, são atomizados aerossóis (5), é de tal modo conformado que a atomização dos aerossóis essencialmente se verifica em sentido contrário á direção da força de gravidade.
