Abstract
CONCENTRADO ALIMENTAR SALGADO EMBALADO, PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR UM CONCENTRADO ALIMENTAR SALGADO EMBALADO, USO DO CONCENTRADO E USO DE UM POLIOL LÃQUIDO. A presente invenção refere-se a um concentrado alimentar salgado embalado na forma de gel, para preparar um caldo, uma sopa, um molho, um molho espesso de carne ou de vegetais ou para usar como condimento compreendendo um sistema gelificante, uma fase lÃquida compreendendo um poliol lÃquido, de 3% em peso a 30% em peso de sal com base no peso do concentrado alimentar total, em que o poliol lÃquido está presente em uma quantidade de 0,1 % em peso a 80% em peso, com base no peso total do concentrado alimentar.
