Abstract
POLIPEPTÍDEO E ANTICORPOS ISOLADOS, BEM COMO DISPOSITIVOS, MÉTODOS E KITS PARA DETECTAR ANTÍGENO DE LOMBRIGA.A presente invenção refere-se a métodos, dispositivos, kits e composições para detectar a presença ou a ausência de lombriga em uma amostra de mamífero. Métodos, dispositivos, kits e composições da presente invenção podem ser usados para confirmar a presença ou a ausência de lombriga em uma amostra fecal de um mamífero que pode também ser infectado com um ou mais dentre acilóstomo, tricurídeo e dirofilariose. Confirmação da presença ou da ausência de lombriga no mamífero pode ser feita, por exemplo, para o propósito de selecionar um curso ideal de tratar o mamífero e/ou para o propósito de determinar se o mamífero foi liberado da infecção depois do tratamento ter sido iniciado.
