Abstract
ARTIGO COMPÃSITO RESISTENTE à IMPACTO. A presente invenção se refere a um artigo compósito resistente ao impacto que possui duas ou mais camadas de tecido balÃstico e camadas de ionômeros dispostas entre as camadas de tecido. O ionômero é altamente neutralizado, tal que não apresenta essencialmente fluidez. Um processo é apresentado também para a fabricação de tal artigo compósito que envolve a deposição de um coloide aquoso do ionômero sobre o tecido, seguido por secagem.
