Abstract
PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA CONSTRUIR PNEUS PARA RODAS DE VEÍCULO É exposto um processo e um aparelho para construir pneus para rodas de veículo. Dito processo inclui: montar pelo menos um componente de pneu (3) por deposição de elementos tipo tira (13) dispostos circunferencialmente perto um do outro sobre uma superfície de deposição (14) radialmente externa ao tambor de formação (2); em que deposição de cada elemento tipo tira inclui: mover radialmente o elemento tipo tira perto da superfície de deposição; travar uma porção central do elemento tipo tira contra a superfície de deposição; puxar o elemento tipo tira em direções opostas a partir da porção central para as extremidades opostas disso, enquanto a porção central é mantida em uma condição travada contra a superfície de deposição, assim para depositar progressivamente o elemento tipo tira contra a superfície de deposição.
