A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo que inclui um elemento com memória de forma tendo uma superfície externa vedade e uma massa interna permeável e um fluído selecionado colocado e vedado dentro da massa interna em uma primeira temperatura. O fluído selecionado é liberado da massa interna quando o elemento com memória de forma é aquecido para uma segunda temperatura.
