Abstract
MÃTODO PARA A PREPARAÃÃO DE UM COMPOSTO, DULOXETINA CRISTALINA, E, COMPOSIÃÃO FARMACÃUTICA. Hidrocloreto de (S)-N-metil-3-(1-naftilóxi)-3-(2-tienil)propilamina da fórmula (I) é cristalizado em um tal modo que a suspensão de duloxetina em uma mistura de um solvente aprótico e um solvente prótico é agitada em uma temperatura aumentada sob redução simultânea da proporção de volume do solvente prótico .
