Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho para executar uma operação em um furo de poço penetrando a terra que inclui um condutor. O aparelho também inclui um alvo disposto no condutor e que produz raios gama como resultado de interações entre nêutrons produzidos pela fonte de nêutrons e pelo menos um material formando o alvo. O aparelho também inclui um detector de raio gama que detecta raios gama produzidos pelo alvo e está disposto no condutor.
