Abstract
PRENSAGEM DE PRECISÃO E SINTERIZAÇÃO DE PLACAS DE CORTE, ESPECIALMENTE PLACAS DE CORTE REVERSÍVEIS - A presente invenção refere-se a uma placa de corte cerâmica produzida por sinterização de uma peça em bruto, pronta para emprego, com um lado superior e um inferior, que apresentam respectivamente uma área de apoio para a montagem um suporte de aperto de uma ferramenta de corte, com áreas laterais unindo os lados superior e inferior e com arestas de corte, que apresentam chanfraduras, para usinagem de peças de trabalho com levantamento de aparas. Para que uma pós-usinagem depois da sinterização seja ao menos parcilamente evitada, propõe-se que as áreas de apoio do lado superior e do lado inferior e/ou das chanfraduras apresentam ao menos áreas parciais, que consistem na película sinterizada resultante quando da sinterização e não sofrem dano por um tartamento com desbaste de material.
