Abstract
SISTEMA DE IMPLANTE MAMÃRIO.A presente invenção está relacionada a um sistema de implante mamário, o qual compreende um invólucro (3, 4) com um formato externo flexÃvel, para implantação no corpo de um paciente, de modo a fazer parte de um implante mamário (10), e compreende ainda pelo menos um primeiro elemento (1) contido no invólucro e, opcionalmente, pelo menos um segundo elemento (2) também contido no invólucro. Os primeiro e segundo elementos são deslocáveis dentro do invólucro e/ou seus volumes podem ser modificados a fim de mudar o formato e/ou tamanho do implante mamário. Um reservatório (R) compreendendo um fluido lubrificante é conectado ao invólucro, de modo a permitir ao fluido lubrificante ser suprido e removido do invólucro, a fim de reduzir o atrito superficial ente os elementos adjacentes e/ou entre o invólucro e os elementos, antes de o formato do implante mamário ser modificado.
