A presente invenção pertence ao setor de equipamento para descarga de produtos a granel armazenado em vagões, caminhões, silos, moegas, balanças de fluxo e similares, e se refere, mais especificamente, a um dispositivo portátil fixado com ventosa que pode ser acoplado a qualquer superfície e tem como finalidade realizar a extração total no descarregamento do material a granel armazenado, através de vibração continua ou intermitente, buscando principalmente os resíduos de material que não são extraídos por gravidade e permanecem presos nas paredes e tubulações do local de armazenamento.
