Abstract

METODOLOGIA PARA PRODUÇÃO DE ÁGUAS OLEOSAS ESTÁVEIS A PARTIR DE SISTEMAS DISPERSOS PADRÃO ÓLEO EM ÁGUA. O método da presente invenção tem como objetivo a preparação de amostras de águas oleosas a partir de uma emulsão modelo O/A, onde obtém-se uma amostra estável, podendo ser reativada e posteriormente caracterizada sem perdas, mantendo as características de tamanho de gota das emulsões de partida, e podem ser facilmente reproduzidas.
